By submitting an artist for consideration, you acknowledge that submission does not guarantee an appearance on Heart of the Gulch. Selected artists or their representatives will be contacted by email with additional information and a booking link.

Heart of the Gulch provides standard in-studio audio and video production equipment for scheduled appearances. Artists are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any additional musicians, performers, instruments, or specialty equipment required for their performance unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

By submitting this form and participating in a scheduled recording, the artist and/or authorized representative grants Heart of the Gulch LLC and Tony Mendoza permission to record, photograph, edit, reproduce, promote, and publish the artist’s name, image, likeness, voice, interview, and approved music in connection with the episode, Heart of the Gulch website, social media, promotional materials, and related editorial coverage.

Artist studio performances are currently published in full on YouTube unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clips, photographs, excerpts, and promotional materials from the recording may be used across Heart of the Gulch-owned digital platforms for the promotion of the artist, episode, performance, and Heart of the Gulch.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all original video, audio, photography, and other content produced by Heart of the Gulch during the session is owned by Heart of the Gulch LLC and/or Tony Mendoza. Participation does not transfer ownership of an artist’s underlying music, songwriting, trademarks, or other pre-existing intellectual property.

All interviews, performances, clips, and related content are released according to the Heart of the Gulch LLC editorial and production schedule. Submission or participation does not guarantee a specific publication date, and release schedules will not be determined by an artist’s promotional or release calendar unless agreed to in advance.

For the privacy and security of our guests and production space, the studio address is private and may not be publicly posted, published, or distributed without permission.

Artists, guests, musicians, and representatives participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own travel, transportation, parking, ticketing, personal property, and related expenses. Heart of the Gulch LLC and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, accident, or other incidents occurring in connection with travel to or participation at the studio, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
