Just Jayne’s “Jayne” EP Release Party | Invited to Some Cool Sh*t
Some release parties feel like industry events.
Just Jayne's Jayne EP release party felt more like somebody threw a really damn good college party and happened to invite three incredible singers.
Heart of the Gulch joined Taylor Edwards, Jillian Steele and Rachel Wiggins at Flamingo in Nashville on Thursday, Aug. 13, to celebrate the trio's debut EP, Jayne, one night before its official release.

The room was packed, the energy was loose and fun, and then Just Jayne started singing.
That's when you remember exactly why these three are getting so much attention.
Meet Taylor Edwards, Jillian Steele & Rachel Wiggins
Just Jayne began after Taylor Edwards, Jillian Steele and Rachel Wiggins met as songwriting majors at Belmont University. The three come from completely different parts of the country — Taylor from Georgia, Jillian from New York and Rachel from California and Arkansas — but discovered that they had remarkably similar stories to tell.
Those shared experiences eventually became “Jayne.”

The seven-track debut includes “White Picket Fence,” “What's His Name?,” “Love A Loser,” “Climate Change,” “Death & Taxes,” “Emergency Contact” and “Bad Day.” The project also includes songwriting collaborations with names including Meghan Trainor, Sasha Alex Sloan, Kid Harpoon and Tyler Johnson.
But hearing Just Jayne live is where it really clicks.
Taylor, Jillian and Rachel's three-part harmonies are ridiculous. Even with the party atmosphere surrounding them, those voices immediately commanded the room.
A Big Year for Just Jayne
The Jayne release arrives during a year that's already included an international debut at C2C Festival in London, touring with Nate Smith and appearances at CMA Fest and LASSO Montréal. Taste of Country also included the trio among its 2026 artists to watch.
They've come a long way from three Belmont songwriting students figuring out that their voices sounded pretty damn good together.
And if the Jayne release party was any indication, Taylor Edwards, Jillian Steele and Rachel Wiggins are just getting started.
