Chasing the Dream Since Six Years Old
For Lakelin, becoming an artist wasn't a last-minute decision. She's been pursuing music since she was six years old, and while many people her age are beginning college and figuring out what comes next, Lakelin has chosen to go all-in on songwriting and building her career.
That decision has also meant growing up differently from some of the friends she left behind. During our conversation, Lakelin opens up about how those relationships have changed and what she's learned about herself while pursuing music at such a young age.
